Horny Dino Toy - Bad Design Decision - Toy Fail

Saw this at the Dollerama today and got a good chuckle out of it. Poor little Dinosaur. I'd scream too if somebody kept squeezing my pecker in all the time too. 
How did this pass in the design room? LOL!
